The Great Grubb Bed and Breakfast is within easy walking distance of Totnes town centre, Totnes market and Totnes castle.

The A38 is also easily accessible making The Great Grubb B&B an excellent place from which to explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of the South Hams, Dartmoor and the cities of Exeter and Plymouth.

The main route into Totnes is by taking the A385 exit from the A38 which will take you into Dartington and onto Totnes.

As you arrive in Totnes you will travel past a speed camera on your left and then under a blue footbridge.

At the next junction (traffic lights) use the right lane and turn right onto the Western By-pass (in the direction of Dartmouth). Climb up the hill and at the next traffic lights turn right onto Plymouth Road.

Travel approximately 400m down the road and turn left into Fallowfields (3rd turning on the left) and almost immediately right into our driveway. If you reach a telephone box on your left you have travelled about 15 metres too far! There is a B&B sign above our hedge and a lit sign in a first floor window.
