Check-in and Check-out
On Mondays - Fridays check-in time is between 16:00 and 20:00 and on Saturdays and Sundays between 16:00 and 18:00. Please advise if you need to check-in earlier or later than this so that we can try to accommodate your request and ensure we are here to greet you! Last checkout is 10:30 on the day of departure, however you can usually arrange to leave your vehicle and luggage here at the B&B until you are ready for your onward journey later that day.
Cancellation Policy
We understand fully that guests may need to reschedule or cancel their travel plans at the last minute. We simply request that they give us as much notice of any changes they need to make so that we have a greater chance or re-letting any rooms that are no longer required.
Please note that the house is strictly NON-SMOKING but you may smoke on the patio or in the garden area.
In the event of damage to any property at The Great Grubb, we reserve the right to charge for professional cleaning, repair and/or replacement of the item(s) concerned.
