within the Heart of the South Hams.
Totnes has become an increasingly popular tourist destination, the
River Dart linking it to the picturesque fishing town of Dartmouth
with its famous naval college.
Take an open-top bus, train or boat to Dartmouth for a unique
travelling experience.
Totnes boats its very own Norman castle, Dartington Hall for its
art and cultural events and of course the wonderful banks of the
River Dart.

The apartment comprises
two double/twin bedrooms, kitchen, large lounge/diner, with lovely
view over the River Dart. It is on the second floor, approached by
climbing some steps, with a large spiral staircase leading to the
front door. |

Tourist Board, trains, busses and supermarket just minutes away.
It is a good base for touring South Devon with the Steamer Quay
nearby where you can board the Totnes to Dartmouth ferry, which
runs throughout the year. Surrounded by quality shops, pubs and
bistros you will be spoiled for choice!
