For
the convenience of incoming guests, we require rooms to be vacant
by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Later departure time may,
however, be possible upon request. Normal check-in time is 12
noon onwards but earlier arrivals can be arranged. Please let
us know if you anticipate arriving after 6pm otherwise your
room will be re-let. Please note we do not accept check ins
after 10pm without prior arrangements. |

In
case of a cancellation, please give us 48 hours notice
(1
week for group bookings). In the event of less than 48 hours
notice of cancellation of your booking, we would make
every
effort to re-let the accommodation. However, we reserve the
right to charge you to the full cost of the booking if
the
room is not subsequently re-let.

Please
note that all our bedrooms, the breakfast room and the lounge
are NON SMOKING. we do however have a lovely garden and patio
where you are able to smoke if you wish.

|
In
the event of damage to Hotel property, we reserve the right
to charge to replace, repair or professionally clean the item
concerned. |

|
|
The
Great Grubb car park is situated at the front of the Bed
and
Breakfast. Please note that cars and contents are left entirely
at the owners risk. |
